Juiette Z. Payne is a Worship Pastor, Singer-Songwriter, and Creative Entrepreneur passionate about using God-given talents to inspire and lead others into deeper worship. With a heart for equipping the Church to thrive in its creative calling, Juiette encourages believers to use their unique gifts for God’s glory. 5 Questions: 1) What do you like most about ministry? What I love most about ministry is witnessing the Church thrive by embracing its creative calling and unique giftedness. Seeing individuals bring their skills together to glorify God is incredibly fulfilling. 2) Favorite Bible Verse? What I love most about ministry is witnessing the children's ministry growing because of our dedicated teachers and all of our passion to impart God’s word into the children. Always inviting them to have a personal relationship with our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. 2. Favorite Bible Verse? “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Phill 4:13 3. What’s your favorite hobby? Currently, I no longer have hobbies…too busy with daily life everyday, but I enjoy going to the movies and some plays. I like movies at the theater based on true life stories and including certain Christian movies. 4. Best advice ever given? Make sure you stay accountable to someone for your Christian Walk. 5. What is your favorite thing about HCM? Hearing many people say that HCM is so warm and welcoming like family! True fact…they have gone to other churches and always come back and say this.

Courtney Plale serves as Youth Pastor at Hope Midway, with a passion for leading students to know and follow Jesus. Committed to biblical truth, discipleship, and building authentic relationships, she seeks to help the next generation grow in faith and live boldly for Christ. God placed a deep burden on her heart for young people—to see them encounter Jesus personally, grow in their faith, and realize they are never too young to live boldly for Him. She believes in creating a space where students feel seen, loved, and challenged to go deeper in their relationship with God. When she’s not hanging out with our amazing youth, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and hanging out with friends. 5 Questions: 1) What do you like most about ministry? What I love most about ministry is witnessing the incredible work God does in people’s lives.
