Pastor JJ Molodecki is the Senior Pastor at Hope Church Midway. After 13+ years of ministry, Pastor J.J. felt called to plant Hope Church Midway in the Garfield Ridge/Clearing area in 2017. Hannah Hayes serves as the Worship Pastor at Hope Church Midway, where she is passionate about leading others into the presence of God and encouraging people in their faith and daily walk with Christ. Raised in a ministry family, Hannah grew up watching her father faithfully pastor and teach others. From an early age, she developed a love for the local church and actively served in a variety of ministries. She has been involved in worship ministry since her youth and is passionate about using music to glorify God and lead others in authentic worship. Above all, Hannah has a deep love for the Word of God and a heart for serving His Kingdom wherever He calls. Whether leading worship, serving the local church, or investing in others, her desire is to faithfully follow Christ and help others grow in their relationship with Him. 5 Questions: 1. What do you like most about ministry? My favorite part of ministry is doing it with others! I love seeing the other pastors, teachers, and volunteers all serving the kingdom with such joy and excitement, and partering with them in the work they all do so faithfully. 2. Favorite Bible Verse? “Jesus wept.” John 11:35 3. What’s your favorite hobby? Playing games, trying new foods, doing puzzles, and going on adventures with my husband! 4. Best advice ever given? In a marriage, we choose daily to love and serve our spouse, to put them above ourselves and our own preferences. We must also do the same when it comes to loving God and loving others — make the daily decision! 5. What is your favorite thing about HCM? I love the people and their willingness to serve and love their church family and the community they’ve been placed in!

Preston Hayes serves as the Family Pastor at Hope Church Midway, where he helps children build a strong foundation of faith and grow in their relationship with Jesus. He also equips and encourages volunteers to minister to children from nursery through elementary school. Preston believes children are never too young to experience God's love and that partnering with families and volunteers creates lasting spiritual impact. His desire is to create safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environments where every child feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged to follow Jesus. 5 Questions: 1. What do you like most about ministry? My Favorite part of children's ministry is watching the kids open up and freely express  themselves. I love watching them grow and realize how much their Father truly values them. 2. Courtney Plale serves as Youth Pastor at Hope Church Midway, with a passion for leading students to know and follow Jesus. Committed to biblical truth, discipleship, and building authentic relationships, she seeks to help the next generation grow in faith and live boldly for Christ. God placed a deep burden on her heart for young people—to see them encounter Jesus personally, grow in their faith, and realize they are never too young to live boldly for Him. She believes in creating a space where students feel seen, loved, and challenged to go deeper in their relationship with God. When she’s not hanging out with our amazing youth, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and hanging out with friends. 5 Questions: 1) What do you like most about ministry? What I love most about ministry is witnessing the incredible work God does in people’s lives.
